Elections and Selections
Interested in becoming a Delegate in TUA? You can either participate in the Elections or the Selections process! Internal Elections occur for Co-Chairs of the Body, Council Co-Chairs, Internal Finance Chair, and Elections and Transitions Chair occur following the Spring election cycle and Committee Chairs following the Fall election cycle.

Elections
Elections offer the opportunity to participate in the Promotional Period during Election Week. Elections for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students will occur during the Spring, while elections for incoming First-Year students will occur during the Fall.
Selections
Selections allow you the option to run for a Delegate position, without having to participate in Election Week or Promotional Period. Following the close of voting during the Fall semester, a random lottery process will select the 6 remaining seats.

Jan. 17th | 4PM – 5PM | Zoom: General TUA Info Session*
Jan. 22nd at 7PM – Feb. 14th at 11:59PM: Intent to Run Open**
Jan. 27th | 6PM – 7PM | LBC Financial Spot Conference Room: Elections and Selections Info Session* (Date changed due to unexpected Winter Weather)
Feb. 19th & 21st | Zoom: Elections and Selections Guidelines Workshop**
March 17th – March 21st: Election Week
*Required to attend before submitting the Intent to Run
